During the term before your child starts school, he or she will be invited to come in and visit us on a number of occasions. We find that this helps to calm the inevitable nerves and makes for a more confident start in September.
In September we admit children according to their age. Children born between 01 September and 31 December attend school full time. Those born between 01 January and 31 August will attend school part time, either in the morning or the afternoon until January, after which they will attend full time.
There is a degree of flexibility in the above arrangements. If you wish to discuss this then please contact the school once you have accepted your place. Please note, however, that it is not possible to take children born between 01 January and 31 August in to school for any more than five half-day sessions per week in the autumn term. This is County policy and is out of the hands of the school.
Admissions at any other time must still be effected through Wiltshire County Council using the above site or obtaining a County Application form from the school.
